The 'Reservations' tab is a fantastic tool if you wish to have a list of players in the tournament but only wish to subscribe them when they arrive. The players who are in the reservations will not show on the tournament clock in relation to entries and prizepool. Reservations is commonly used if you have players prepaid for a tournament some time before it starts.

You can import players to the reservations list using a .CSV file. |
In the following photo you will see three different profiles who are currently on the Reservations list. We will explain the different columns just below:

Firstly you must ensure you are on the correct tournament. Then check you are on the Reservations tab. Then you will see a number of different columns:
- This orange tick shows that the player on the Reservations list has been successfully subscribed to the tournament (see the player highlighted green). The other two players below have not yet been subscribed to the tournament
- This icon shows that the player on the Reservations list is linked to a member's profile already on your kHold'em database. If you have imported a list of players who have never played at your venue before, then they will not be in your database and therefore they will not be linked to a profile. ![]() |
